My friend, Janice's brother had just gone through a lung operation. Here's what she said: "The lung surgery took about 4 hours. His condition is more complicated than what we thought. An initial scan of 2 lumps turned out to be more than 10 times more. All were removed but he holds a question of what about the other lung? He is still in ICU this morning but awake & alert. He is in great pain on a scale of 0 to 10. He told us he is at 8. He is someone with high threshold of pain. A grade of 8 is something we could have no longer be able to bear. The road to recovery is long & tough ... ..." She's afraid that she will lose her brother. They are not chirstians, but I believe that God's love is for everyone. Please pray her bro for quick recovery and for Janice & family for comfort. Thank you so much! Jean

Father, I lift up to you janice's brother. Father, You are our healer. When Your Son Jesus died for us, He paid for all our diseases as well. Father, i ask You to let Yourself known to these people. let them know who our God is and how loving and powerful our God is. let them experience Your mighty power in their lives. there is no doubt that You can heal janice's brother. Father, i pray that You give janice's brother another chance to know You better. let Your Son's name be glorified in their lives. Father, thank you for hearing our prayers. comfort them as they go through this trial. i pray that you will give janice's brother the strength and the grace to be able to endure the pain. Father, we can't do anything apart from You. touch their lives, dear God. thank you. we give you all the glory, in Jesus' name, amen.
I am praying for God's Love and mighty power to encircle the man having the lung surgery. May our Lord be with him constantly and with his family.
