Thank you so much for sharing that testimony. I really enjoyed hearing it again.
I'd love to hear more people sharing how God has been performing miracles in their lives.

Dearest sister Bonnie,

Not only do these recipes sound DELICIOUS! But WOW, what a testimony! And thank you so much for following the faith of your mother and doing something a bit "differently" as the Lord God led you to do regardless of whether or not it fit into your normal column re: food.

But really, I think it did b/c your column is about how to best "feed" our bodies which God says is the temple of His Holy Spirit...and today, it wasn't just the physical food you shared with us, but spiritual food that we all ought to be "chewing" on!

BTW, I don't think your story is full of bologna, but full of God's proof that He truly is the same God yesterday, today and tomorrow. And just a little tidbit...it happened to me too when I was only 20. I had no job, no money for rent (and was already 2 months behind), no money for car payments (which I also was 2 months behind on). God told me to go to the store and buy some rice and a carton of a dozen eggs. I did and that's what I ate for TWO weeks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was full with every meal and no matter how much I ate, the plate never got empty until the two weeks were over and the Lord had the IRS send me a LARGE check due to their clerical error for overpaid taxes for the past two years! It was a LARGE amount that not only covered my rent, car payment but also enough to put in savings!

Anyway, I'm so grateful for your sharing sister as God used it today to help me remember all His wondrous works! Psalm 73:28, Psalm 119:27, Psalm 145:4

With great gratitude!
