		<description>I read this article with my young daughter.  My daughter was excited to hear about what Christ did for her on the cross.  Interesting that there is a Christian message in an article about eating right and having some will power.

		<description>Amen sister! I love this! Truly, we all like to "share" in God' goodness, but very rarely do we say, "I gladly suffer like my Savior."

As always, fantastic reminders in God's word to meditate on today and a sobering reminder of why we're all still here and what matters most...fixing our eyes on Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. He is Lord. (Luke 6:46)</description>
